In this lesson
- A four-part prompt that works for most tasks
- Five replies that improve any draft
- How to check what Claude tells you
Why answers come out bland
Ask "write an email about the late delivery" and Claude has to guess who you are, who it's for, how annoyed you are and what you want to happen. It guesses the average, and the average is bland.
The fix is to tell it what a colleague would need to know before doing the same job.
